1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using REDX Boost ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2Description of Service

REDX Boost provides social media marketing services including but not limited to followers, likes, views, and engagement for various social media platforms. All services are provided on an "as-is" basis.

3User Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
You agree to provide accurate and complete information
You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the terms of service of the respective social media platforms

4Payment Terms

All payments are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Funds added to your REDX Boost wallet are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account or original payment method. Approved refunds under our Refund Policy are credited to your wallet balance only — not to the original payment method. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

5Service Delivery

We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery times may vary based on various factors. We do not guarantee specific results from our services.

6Prohibited Activities

Using automated scripts or bots to place orders in bulk without prior written approval
Attempting to bypass security measures, reverse-engineer, or scrape our platform
Reselling access to our platform or API without an authorised reseller agreement (note: participation in our KOL referral programme is permitted and governed by separate KOL programme terms)
Violating any applicable Malaysian laws or regulations, including the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998
Engaging in fraudulent activities, including chargebacks without prior dispute resolution
Ordering services for accounts that you do not own or have permission to promote

7Limitation of Liability

REDX Boost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.

8Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. By using our services, you consent to this jurisdiction.

REDX Boost is operated by REDX Game Sdn Bhd, a company incorporated in Malaysia.
