All approved refunds are credited to your REDX Boost wallet balance, not to your original payment method. Wallet funds can only be used for future orders on our platform.

This policy is issued by REDX Game Sdn Bhd in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 1999 of Malaysia. Please note that approved refunds are credited to your REDX Boost wallet balance, not to the original payment method.
We stand behind our services with a comprehensive refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.
1Eligible Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered within the specified timeframe
- Partial Delivery: If only part of your order is delivered, you'll receive a refund for the undelivered portion
- Service Issues: If there are technical issues on our end preventing order completion
- Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally place the same order twice
2Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in these cases:
- Order completed successfully as described
- Incorrect link provided by the user
- Account set to private after order placement
- Violation of platform terms causing order cancellation
- Change of mind after order processing has begun
- Natural drop in engagement over time (this is normal behavior)
3Refund Process
- 1Submit Request: Contact our support team within 7 days of your order with your order ID and reason for refund
- 2Review: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
- 3Resolution: If approved, the refund will be credited to your wallet balance
4Wallet Balance Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to your REDX Boost wallet balance. Wallet balance refunds are:
- Processed within 24 hours of approval
- Available immediately for new orders
- Non-transferable to bank accounts or other payment methods
5Payment Disputes
If you have issues with a payment, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
Note: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
6Timeframe for Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original order date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for refunds.
