1. Eligible Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered within the specified timeframe
  • Partial Delivery: If only part of your order is delivered, you'll receive a refund for the undelivered portion
  • Service Issues: If there are technical issues on our end preventing order completion
  • Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally place the same order twice

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in these cases:

  • Order completed successfully as described
  • Incorrect link provided by the user
  • Account set to private after order placement
  • Violation of platform terms causing order cancellation
  • Change of mind after order processing has begun
  • Natural drop in engagement over time (this is normal behavior)

3. Refund Process

  1. Submit Request: Contact our support team within 7 days of your order with your order ID and reason for refund
  2. Review: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
  3. Resolution: If approved, the refund will be credited to your wallet balance

4. Wallet Balance Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to your REDXBoost wallet balance. Wallet balance refunds are:

  • Processed within 24 hours of approval
  • Available immediately for new orders
  • Non-transferable to bank accounts or other payment methods

5. Payment Disputes

If you have issues with a payment, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.

Note: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

6. Timeframe for Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original order date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for refunds.

7. Partial Refunds

For partial deliveries, the refund amount is calculated as:

Refund = (Undelivered Quantity / Total Quantity) × Total Cost
