Each answer below is self-contained, so it stays accurate when quoted on its own.
What is REDX Boost?
REDX Boost is a Malaysian social media marketing (SMM) panel. It sells follower, like, view and engagement services for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Telegram and Spotify, priced in Malaysian Ringgit and paid for with local Malaysian payment methods. It was founded in 2024.
Who uses REDX Boost?
REDX Boost is used by content creators growing audiences on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube; small businesses building credibility on Facebook and Instagram; marketing agencies managing several client accounts from one dashboard; and resellers who connect through its API.
How much does REDX Boost cost?
Services on REDX Boost start from RM1 per order and the catalogue spans roughly RM1 to RM500 depending on platform, quantity, delivery speed and quality tier. All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), so Malaysian buyers pay no currency-conversion margin. Live per-service pricing is listed at redxboost.com/products.
Which payment methods does REDX Boost accept?
REDX Boost accepts FPX online banking from all major Malaysian banks, Touch n Go eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Boost, and Visa or Mastercard. Every payment settles in Malaysian Ringgit. There is no transaction fee, and card or banking credentials are entered on the payment gateway and are never stored by REDX Boost.
What is the minimum top-up on REDX Boost?
The minimum wallet top-up on REDX Boost is RM10, and there is no maximum. Payment works as a wallet top-up rather than a per-order checkout: you credit the wallet once in MYR, then each order is deducted from that balance. Individual services still start from RM1, so one RM10 top-up can cover several small orders.
How fast does REDX Boost deliver an order?
Most orders on REDX Boost begin processing within 5 to 30 minutes of being placed. Delivery is then gradual rather than instant, which produces a growth curve that looks closer to natural activity. Progress is visible in the customer dashboard as a start count and a remaining count that update while the order runs.
Which platforms does REDX Boost cover?
REDX Boost covers Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Telegram and Spotify. Typical services include Instagram followers, likes, story views and reel views; TikTok views, likes and followers; YouTube subscribers, views and watch hours; Facebook page likes and post engagement; Telegram channel members and post views; and Spotify plays and followers.
Does REDX Boost need my social media password?
No. REDX Boost never asks for a social media password or login credentials. An order requires only a public profile URL or a link to a specific post. The target account must be public for the duration of the order, because a private account cannot receive delivery.
What happens if followers drop after an order?
A drop of roughly 5 to 10 percent is normal on every social platform and is what a refill covers. Eligible follower services on REDX Boost carry a 30-day refill window: a Request Refill action appears on the order once it is Completed or Partial, and the refill re-delivers the missing units with no wallet charge. Refill availability is a property of each individual service, and an order whose service has no refill says so plainly on the order card.
What order statuses does REDX Boost use?
REDX Boost orders move through six statuses. Pending, Processing and In progress mean the order is active. Completed means the full quantity was delivered. Partial means delivery stopped short, and the undelivered portion is refunded. Canceled means the order was stopped before completing, with any refund owed applied automatically.
When does REDX Boost issue a refund, and how is it paid?
REDX Boost refunds non-delivery, the undelivered portion of a partial delivery, technical failures on its own side, and accidental duplicate orders. Refunds are credited to the customer's REDX Boost wallet balance rather than returned to the original payment method. Refunds are not issued for orders completed as described, for an incorrect link supplied by the customer, for an account set to private after ordering, or for a change of mind once processing has begun.
Can wallet credit on REDX Boost be withdrawn?
No. Wallet top-ups on REDX Boost are final: credit is spendable on REDX Boost services but cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or returned to a bank, card or e-wallet. Refunded amounts behave the same way, because they are issued as wallet credit. This is disclosed at the payment step and in the published refund policy.
Does REDX Boost have an API?
Yes. REDX Boost exposes an HTTP API at /api/v2 for placing and tracking orders programmatically, with endpoints for order creation, status, refill and cancellation. It is available to resellers at wholesale pricing and to ordinary customers at retail pricing. Documentation is published at redxboost.com/api-docs.
How do I contact REDX Boost support?
REDX Boost support runs 24/7 by WhatsApp on +60 11-2800 5210 and by email at support@redxboost.com. Logged-in customers can also open a ticket from the Support tab of their account dashboard, which keeps the conversation attached to the relevant order.
Is REDX Boost available outside Malaysia?
REDX Boost is built for Malaysia first — MYR pricing, Malaysian payment rails and Malaysian support hours — and also serves customers in Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei and the wider Southeast Asian region. The services themselves are not geographically restricted; the pricing and payment experience is what is localised.
